Shané is a leader in her community, amplfying the voices and needs of her neighbors. She is a veteran, mom, and advocate for racial justice. Shané is the founder of Black Mothers in Power, an grassroots campaign laser focused on improving healthcare for black women and their children throughout the state. Shané is vision on Wilmington City Council is to reinvest in the local community, implement criminal justice reform, and focus on youth development.
Shané was born and raised in the Wilmington community she is seeking to lead. She is a first time candidate, and her passion is infectious.
